Midtown Media LLC — Jarvis SMS Program

These terms apply to Midtown Media LLC's Jarvis SMS program. They do not replace a separate agreement for video production, photography, web design, or other services.

 

SMS Terms

 

What you will receive

 

With your consent, Midtown Media may send non-promotional texts concerning project updates, shoot and appointment scheduling, reminders, and replies to your questions. Jarvis is an AI assistant used to help with these communications. This program does not send advertising, promotional offers, or sales solicitations.

 

Enrollment and consent

 

We request your permission before enrolling you for ongoing texts. You may give verbal consent after receiving the program information, including message purpose, variable frequency, possible carrier charges, and opt-out instructions. Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in the program.

 

Only provide a number you are authorized to use, and let us know if it changes or is reassigned. A reply to a question you initiate does not automatically enroll you in recurring updates.

 

Frequency and charges

 

Message frequency varies according to your projects, scheduling needs, and conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan. Midtown Media does not charge a separate subscription fee for this SMS program.

 

Stop messages

 

Reply STOP to stop messages. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. Further program messages will stop unless you choose to enroll again. You can also ask us to stop texts by emailing info@midtownmediapro.com and identifying the affected number.

 

Get help

 

Reply HELP for support information, or email info@midtownmediapro.com. To speak with a person, request human assistance. Text replies are not guaranteed to be immediate.

 

Availability and AI assistance

 

Messages can be delayed or fail because of carrier, network, device, or service limitations. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is not an emergency service.

 

AI-generated replies can contain errors. Confirm important scheduling, pricing, delivery, or contractual details with a Midtown Media representative. An automated reply does not by itself change an existing service agreement.

 

Privacy

 

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle contact information, message content, consent records, and preferences. We do not sell or share SMS consent information for third-party marketing.

 

Changes and contact

 

We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Updated terms will show a revised effective date. We will obtain any additional consent required for a materially different messaging purpose.
